MUNAYD: Is located globally through it's representative.
MUNAYD is a simulation of the United Nation General Assembly and its other multilateral bodies where students can learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations. During a Model United Nations (MUN) conference, students work as the representative of a certain country, organization, or person, and must solve global issues with other delegates from around the world. They perform an ambassador role while debating topics such as gender equality, climate action, global health, and more. MUNAYD teaches delegates skills like research, public speaking, debating, writing skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership. These skills can be utilized by the students during such conferences. MUNAYD is meant to engage students and allow them to develop deeper understanding into current world issues and is typically used as an extracurricular activity, some schools also offer it as a class.
